  Our Wedding Coordination services are designed specifically for couples in need of someone to be the go-to person on the wedding day.  Typically starting at least a month before your wedding date, we begin to gather information about your style, vision, and selected vendors. We thoroughly discuss your wedding timeline and layout and go through a comprehensive list of questions to make sure we fully understand the wedding day you have planned.  We then execute these items on the day of your wedding so you can relax and enjoy the whole experience knowing someone you trust will handle the details.

    Wedding Coordination Services

    Standard Package

    Up to 10 hours on-site coordination for weddings up to 250 guests. Include: Management of set-up/décor, ceremony, reception, vendors, and timeline. Experienced advice on best practices and etiquette. Minimum of 2 video calls to review details. Unlimited phone/email correspondence. includes 1-hour rehearsal and choreography of ceremony.

    $150 per hour for any additional time over 10 hours.
